- TOWN PLANING ANALYSIS -
The area is designed to be a filter zone between the town and the regional communication ways. A system of public spaces is located in the middle of the area. Along the perimeter of this system there are mixed use buildings. The multi-family are arrange on the west and the east side of the area. All the building are arrange on the north-south axis to  support the interaction and reference to the existing. The parking zones  are located in the basements of the buildings and  the entrances are arrange along the perimeter.

- ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS -
The building’s structures are designed like enormous container-shelfs. It is realized by a mixed structure – wood and iron – that contains all the technical plants and isolation leyers. The containers are arranged on the structure in a stagger way; this solution originate the presence of shared and private open galleries on each floors.

- SUSTAINABLE CONCEPTIONS -
The shapes of the building and their positions are designed to offer the maximum thermic contribution during the winter time. The shortest sides of the buildings are orientated on north-south axis to protect  them from the sun and to help the natural ventilation in the summer time. The  open galleries and the big landscape surfaces support the cooling action during the hottest season.

The acoustic protection is obtained by the reduction of fronts surfaces on the north side. The interior surfaces of the containers  are realize by a cooling wall. The thermos/acoustic isolation and the interiors finishing are realize with the use of natural and recycling materials.
