• Pods with a green façade and green interior
  shape the new building for the Garden State.
• The entire floorplan is based on 40' shipping containers.
  Consequently the prepared containers or prefabricated segments - including
  the staircases and hallways - can be transported like any standard container
  and will be welded together like the segments of a modern cruise ship.

• Wisteria or fallopia on a metal construction serve as sun protection in front of
  the south- and west-glass-façade and create a unique landmark for Newark.
• Additional plants can further enhance the north-glass-façade - if desired.
• 3 indoor gardens - The largest one is dedicated to the apartments and has also a pool.
• Reinforced 40' containers are filled with earth and serve as "flowerpods"
  for the trees and plants inside the building.
• Membrane tubes under the glass roof direct the sunlight or protect from it.
• A thin layer of water creates a reflecting pool on the main glass roof.
• Most upper apartments have skylights with metal sun protection.
• Reflecting frosted glass walls help to direct the light from the glass roofs
  to the indoor gardens and to the skylight of the indoor mall.
• Skylights in the sidewalk provide light in the garage and views of the
  rainwater under the main entrance that is facing the railway station.
• Several parking levels are possible.
